According to Bill (Reg.№2608), introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers it is suggested to regulate legal relationships, connected with compensation of the property value by the State that might be confiscated by force under the state of martial law or the state of emergency. The bill stipulates the regulations on confiscation.
The members of the Committee have adopted the Bill. During the discussion the Peoples Deputies pointed out the attention on the fact that there is no statement in the bill regarding the common asset register, which might be confiscated by force under the state of martial law or the state of emergency.
The Chairman of the Committee, Oleksandr Kuzmuk stressed that to the following register radio frequencies, motor transport, medical estates buildings, separate parts of highways that can be used as military airfield etc. He also suggests estimation of the given property.
Taking into the consideration proposition and remarks, members of the Committee have adopted the bill one-voiced in the first reading.
